The traditional Barclay is a scoop profile, named for its incurving shape. It has been used for centuries in the picture framing industry, and is sighted in fine art museums around the world. Altogether neutral, the Barclay harmonizes agreeably with any number of images, but most definitely to period works. (4 1/2")
